To qualify, your core must be complete and free of physical damage. After you receive the unit, we will send you a return label so you can send your core back using our box.
If you do not have a core, you may contact us after purchase and buy the 2 year warranty for 10% of the purchase price.
If a core is not returned and the warranty is not purchased, the unit will be sold with a 45 day warranty only.
