This specific lower unit is in excellent condition. We have installed a brand new forward gear and clutch in this lower unit. Please note that this does not come with the propeller or the propeller hardware. The intake screens are in great shape with no cracks. The driveshaft has 17 splines and the propeller shaft has 13 splines. From the top of the water pump, the driveshaft measures approximately 19-5/8". We have smoothed the skeg on this lower unit so it is a little shorter than original. There are some scuffs and scratches in the paint, but nothing that will affect the overall performacne.  Please note that due to shipping restricitons we have drained the unit of oil and this will need to be re-added prior to installation. Given our unprecedented 1 year warranty on every lower unit, you will never find a better deal on an OEM lower unit. Purchase with confidence!
