1992-1998 Johnson Evinrude 20" Lower Unit 88 90 110 115 140 HP V4 1 YEAR WTY

This lower unit is in great condition and ready for install. This unit spins and shifts smooth. The gears and clutch are in good condition. From the base of the water pump to the end of the driveshaft, it measures approximately 19 1/4" long.  There are 20 splines on the driveshaft and 13 on the propeller shaft. The propeller shaft is straight. The paint is a little banged up on the skeg. The skeg has been ground down, please see pictures. This unit has been fully resealed and pressure checked with a new impeller. Please note that this does not come with the propeller, or the propeller hardware. This will come exactly as pictured. Purchase with confidence!


We have drained the unit of oil and this will need to be added prior to installation.

To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:

• Core must be of rebuildable quality
• Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
• Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
• Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
• Warranty begins from date of purchase
• Core must be complete and cannot be missing parts

You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit 1 year warranty. One copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the one year warranty will not be valid. 

Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion.

Please note that we will not accept returns for this item if ordered incorrectly. Please be absolutely sure this is the correct one for your motor prior to purchasing.
