This upper housing was removed from a freshwater engine. The paint is scuffed and scratched in places, but this is only cosmetic and will not affect performance. There is light surface rust on U-Joint, again this will not affect performance and it turns smoothly as it should. Unit has been open & inspected and the gears are good. This will make a great replacement. Please add oil before installation.We are now offering a 6 Month mechanical warranty for this part.
