This hood is in good condition! It was removed from a freshwater 40 HP engine. As with any used part, there are minimal signs of previous use, but nothing that will effect the overall performance. There are a few light scratches and rub marks, but this is entirely cosmetic. The decals are in good condition, however, there is some blemishes in them. The foam inside the cowling is in good condition, with only a few small tears. This cowling is in great condition and will make an excellent replacement for your outboard!
