This specific lower unit is in excellent condition and is ready for installation. As seen in the pictures, we have stripped the unit of paint and have it primed for a fresh coat. There are not any cracks or breaks in the housing of the unit. This does come with the trim tab. From the top of the water pump to the end of the driveshaft, it measures approximately 19-5/8" long and has 14 splines. The propeller shaft has 13 splines. There are some minor dings along the edge of the skeg, but nothing that will affect the performance. Upon inspection, we did notice some minor pitting inside the unit, but this is entirely cosmetic. The splines on the driveshaft has some wear, but plenty of life left.  Given our unprecedented 1 year warranty on every lower unit, you will never find a better deal on an OEM lower unit. Please make sure to add oil before use. Purchase with confidence!
