This specific lower unit is in excellent condition and is ready for installation. The paint is not perfect, with some light scratches and worn area on the skeg. There are not any cracks or breaks in the housing of the unit. This does come with the trim tab. Upon inspection, we can note that the gears are in excellent like-new condition. There are some holes drilled into the skeg, where a stablizing fin once was. There is also a tiny chip in the skeg. Neither of these will affect the overall performance. Given our unprecedented 1 year warranty on every lower unit, you will never find a better deal on an OEM lower unit. Please make sure to add oil before use. Purchase with confidence!
