| Additional Info | This specific lower unit is in great condition. We have taken the time to professionally inspect this lower unit! We even primed this lower unit, so it will be ready for a new coat of paint! Please note that this does not come with the trim tab, the propeller, or the propeller hardware. The screens on the sides of housing are in good condition. There are holes in the cavitation plate where a planing fin once was. The skeg is straight with only minor dings. Given our unprecedented 1 year warranty on every lower unit, you will never find a better deal on an OEM lower unit!
From the top of the water pump houisng, the driveshaft measures approximately 19-1/8" long and has 17 splines. The propeller shaft has 13 splines. All the splines are in excellent shape and are not chipped or cracked. We have also checked the shafts for straightness. Purchase with confidence! General Information
To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:
Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at 618-487-9499 and we would be happy to help! You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit one year warranty. One copy is for your records and the other copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the one year warranty will not be valid. You are responsible for returning the paperwork with your core. The one warranty ONLY covers the mechanical aspects of the lower unit. We have a 30-day return policy for all circumstances.
