Johnson Evinrude 1989-1992 20" Lower Unit 40 48 50 HP 2 Cylinder 1 YEAR WARRANTY

This specific lower unit is in excellent condition. We have installed a brand new gear set in this lower unit. This does come with the trim tab. The intake screens are in great shape and are not cracked or broken. The driveshaft has 14 splines and the propeller shaft has 13 splines. From the top of the water pump, the driveshaft measures approximately 19-5/8". The skeg is missing quite a bit of paint and there are a couple of chips, but this is purely cosmetic. This does not come with the trim tab. Upon inspection, we also noticed a small bend in the cavitation plate, but this is purely cosmetic. There are also pre-drilled holes in the cavitation plate where a planing fin can be added. Please note that due to shipping restricitons we have drained the unit of oil and this will need to be re-added prior to installation. Given our unprecedented 1 year warranty on every lower unit, you will never find a better deal on an OEM lower unit. Purchase with confidence!
