 From the top of the water pump to the end, the driveshaft measures approximately 2-1/4" long and has a 13/15 spline count.

**Due to shipping restrictions, lower unit are shipped empty. Every lower unit requires new oil to be installed when you receive it.

To obtain the 6 month warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:

  • Core must be of rebuildable quality
  • Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
  • Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
  • Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
  • Warranty begins from date of purchase
  • Core must be complete and cannot be missing parts

You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit 6 month warranty. One copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the one year warranty will not be valid. 

Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 6 month warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion.

We offer a 45-day return policy so you can purchase this item with confidence. If you have any issues with the product, please reach out to us and we would be happy to help resolve any issue that may occur. Please be absolutely sure this is the correct one for your motor prior to purchasing.

If you purchase this item incorrectly or change your mind, we will accept a return within 45 days however, we will charge our initial shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. If you have any questions, please contact us.
