This listing is for a good, used lower bottom cowling cover. It was removed from a freshwater engine. There are some scuffs & scratches on both sides, but nothing that will affect performance. The upper seal will likely need replaced as it is torn & cracking - please see pictures. This would make a great replacement for your outboard.
