This unit shifts and spins smoothly. The driveshaft measures 16 3/8" from the top of the water pump to the end of the shaft. There are 4 splines on the driveshaft. The splines have a slight bit of wear. The prop shaft on the unit is straight. This unit does have some chips out of the skeg plate that does not affect performance or integrity. The paint is a little banged up but this does not affect integrity or performance. This unit did pressure check and is guaranteed to need a reseal. Please refer to the photos to verify the contents of this listing and to insure that you are ordering the correct parts for your boating needs. We have drained this unit prior to shipping so you will need to add oil prior to use! Please note that we will not accept returns for this item.
