1980-90 Johnson Evinrude Lower Unit Long 4.5 5.5 7.5 HP FOR PARTS OR REPAIR

There are no damage whatsoever. This is a freshwater unit. It shifts in and out of gear perfectly. The driveshaft is 4 spline and measures 17 1/4" from the top of the water pump. The paint on the skeg is very worn, but the rest of the unit has only scratches here and there.  We did perform a pressure test on this lower unit and everything held. We do still reccomend installing a new lower unit seal kit and impeller. Please note that this lower unit is missing on of the water pump housing screws and the impeller key. As with any lower unit, please change impeller prior to use. Aside from that, it's been drained so you'll need to add oil and go.
