This lower unit is in good condition and ready for use. The driveshaft measures approximately 17" from the top of the water pump to the end of the shaft. There are 14 splines on the driveshaft and 14 splines on the propeller shaft. All of the splines are in great condition. The paint is scuffed and scratched but this is purely cosmetic, see pictures. It has some road rash on the leading edge (closest to the boat) and looks like it also took an impact in the bullet but holds pressure and is in good working condition. Please add oil before use. Purchase with confidence!

  • Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
  • Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core.
  • Covers mechanical aspects ONLY.
  • Warranty begins from date of purchase.

You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit 6 month warranty. One copy is for your records and the other copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the 6 month warranty will not be valid. You are responsible for returning the paperwork with your core. The 6 month warranty ONLY covers the mechanical aspects of the lower unit. We have a 30-day return policy for all circumstances.
