Additional Info |
The low water pickup is an add-on by Bobs machine called a Bob's Nosecone. These are commonly done on racing and performance engines and it adds low water pickup, allowing users to raise motor higher in the water and therfore go faster. It is sold with some kind of adjustable hub prop but its a throw in and we dont know how they work exactly. From the base of the water pump to the top, the driveshaft measures approximately 18-3/4" long and has 20 splines. We cannot ship our lower units with oil and therefore, we have drained the unit. This will have to be added prior to installation. Purchase with confidence!
To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:
You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit one year warranty. One copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the one year warranty will not be valid. |
