The later 25 HP motors joined with the 35 HP having a single-piece unit and this will not fit on those engines. Depending on the year of your motor, there was a simple break down for the split case units.... 1978 - 4 spline driveshaft - 13 spline propeller shaft 1979-1983 - Fine splined driveshaft - 13 spline propeller shaft 1984-1997 - 14 spline driveshaft - 13 spline propeller shaft We have provided this cross-reference with the resources we have available in regards to fitment. This most likely will not fit every model for the years and horsepowers we have listed.
