Completely rebuilt lower unit for the 1992-1998 Johnson / Evinrude V4 family. Our policy is to replace gears only when needed — this unit needed them, and received a full rebuild with all internal parts replaced.

What counts as a valid core
◆ It must turn — the driveshaft and prop shaft must rotate. Locked-up or seized units do not qualify.
◆ The case must be intact — no holes blown through the side of the housing. A gear coming through the case usually means everything inside is destroyed.
◆ Normal wear, scrapes, worn paint, and skeg damage are all perfectly fine.
