• This lower unit is in excellent condition and is ready for your engine.
• There are no cracks or breaks in the housing.
• The skeg is fully intact.
• This does not come with the trim tab.
• From the top of the water pump, the driveshaft measures approximately 26-1/4" long and has 8 splines.
• The propeller shaft has 15 splines.
• The splines are not cracked or chipped.
• This is an older style housing with a 4 3/4" bullet diameter.

To obtain the 6 month mechanical warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:

• Core must be of rebuildable quality
• Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
• Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
• Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
• Warranty begins from date of purchase
• Core must be complete and cannot be missing parts
  
  

Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 6 month warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
