This specific lower unit is in excellent condition and is ready for installation. The paint is not perfect, with some light scratches throughout. There are not any cracks or breaks in the housing of the unit. This does not come with the trim tab. This does come with the zinc anode, though. Upon inspection, we can note that the gears are in excellent like-new condition. The intake screens do not show signs of cracking. The unit has been drained of oil and will need to be added prior to installation. From the top of the water pump to the end of the shaft, the driveshaft measures approximately 19-1/2" long and has 14 splines.  The propeller shaft has 13 splines. All of them are in great shape.  Given our unprecedented 1 year warranty on every lower unit, you will never find a better deal on an OEM lower unit.  Purchase with confidence!
