Gears are replaced only if bad — good OEM gears are retained. Please note: Please note that this does not come with the trim tab, propeller, or the propeller hardware. There are some light scuffs and scratches in the paint. On the skeg there is a minor chip, but this is purely cosmetic and will not affect the overall performance.
