This specific lower unit is in excellent condition and only needs oil. We have professionally inspected and tested this lower unit to guarantee it to be in a great, working condition. The paint is worn off on the skeg portion of the lower unit and there is some ding marks on it at well. This has a 13 spline propeller shaft and a 4 spline driveshaft. All the splines are in good condition and are not chipped or cracked! Given our unprecedented 1 year warranty on every lower unit, you will never find a better deal on an OEM lower unit. General Information
To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:
Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. When you receive your purchased lower unit, there will be installation paperwork included in the package. One copy of the paperwork must be signed returned with your core. If it does not, you will be contacted and granted a 30 day warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion.
