This lower unit is in excellent condition and is ready for installation. All you have to do is add oil! We took the time to professionally clean and inspect this item to give you confidence in your purchase. From the top of the water pump to the end, the driveshaft measures approximately 18 1/2" long. All of the splines are in great shape and the propshaft is straight, but the housing is banged up and the skeg is broken, another skeg piece has been bolted up beside it. This does need a new shift rod seal. General Information
