We are selling this unit as-is. Unit spins smoothly and we were unable to check the shifting at this time. We have checked the propeller and driveshaft on the unit and both are straight. The splines on the driveshaft also look to have slight wear. The paint is a little beat up and this is purely cosmetic. This unit does have some very small chips in the skeg and cavitation plate. The solonoid wire has been cut and will have to be replaced or repaired. We have pressure-checked the unit and it does not appear to hold consistent pressure as it is leaking around the driveshaft. This will need to be resealed due to its age. From the base of the water pump to the top of the shaft, the driveshaft measures approximately 16 1/4" long with 4 splines. Please refer to the photos in order to confirm listing details and to insure that you are ordering the correct parts for your boating needs. Please note that we will not accept returns for this item.
