New-Generally in the package when possible but due to shelf time, these packages and boxes are sometimes dirty.  We try very hard to ensure that nothing has been removed, damaged from shelf life, etc...and items are guaranteed to be in brand new condition, complete, and so forth. Package may have been opened for pictures.

Please note that we did inspect these gears. Upon our inspection, we did notice that there were machining marks on the plates from where they were cut at the factory. The forward gear has 21 teeth and the pinion gear has 14 teeth. The forward gear does have the bearing installed and it rolls smoothly like it should. 

Please note that we will not accept returns for this item. Please be absolutely sure this is the correct one for your motor prior to purchasing.
