This comes with the power trim switch and will come exactly as pictured. There are 3 wires coming from the switch. The originial plug is still attached. This also comes with the plate pictured. There are not any cracks or breaks. There are some scuffs and scratches here and there, but nothing that will affect the performance.

This fits all concealed side mount control boxes made from the early 90's until the late 2000's. The part number supercedes a number of times, so please don't get caught up. If your old handle on your concealed side mount box looks like this one, this is it.
