This is a non-carbureted, EFI motor. This does come with everything pictured, but does not included any of the external pieces. This does have the flywheel cover, but does not include the flywheel. 

We have this listed for parts/repair because we are unsure of the exact year that this was removed from. According to the schematics, there are different part numbers for the powerhead for the 1997 & 1998-2001 models. Because we do not know the exact year for this motor, we can't be sure which powerhead part number this is. PLEASE BE ABSOLUTELY SURE that this is the exact one you are needing, prior to purchasing. We have provided many photos to help with the comparison. We will NOT accept returns for this powerhead.
