This unit spins smoothly with no binding.  The driveshaft splines are in good condition and the prop shaft is straight.  When drained of oil, it was clean and free of metal and water.  The gears and clutch are in good condition.  The cavitation plate has a small crack in the port side and the skeg has a small chip; these should not affect performance or integrity.  This unit has been fully resealed and pressure checked and a new impeller installed.  Please refer to the photos to verify what is included in this listing and the condition this unit is in prior to ordering.   The oil has been drained and will need to be re-added prior to installation. To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:

• Core must be of rebuildable quality
• Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
• Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
• Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
• Warranty begins from date of purchase
• Core must be complete and cannot be missing parts

You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit one year warranty. One copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the one year warranty will not be valid. 

Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion.
