This unit spins and shifts smooth. Gears and clutch are in good condition. The paint is a little banged up but this is entirely cosmetic. Driveshaft splines have slight wear but is in good condition and the propeller shaft is straight. This unit has been fully resealed and pressure checked with a new impeller installed. The skeg does have a small chip in it. The driveshaft measures approximately 18-1/4" from the top of the water pump and has 20 splines. The propeller shaft has 15 splines. Please add oil before use This unit has a 20" shaft installed, its a 2 piece driveshaft so it may not match yours but they take 10 minutes to change and we can provide instructions to do so.
