• This specific lower unit is in good used condition.
• We have taken the time to professionally inspect this lower unit.
• The skeg and paint have some scuffs and chips and this does not affect performance or integrity.   
• From the top of the water pump, it measures approximately 21 1/8" long.
• There are 18 splines on the top of the driveshaft and 15 on the propeller shaft.
• This unit shifts and spins well with no binding. 
• The driveshaft splines are in good condition and the prop shaft is straight. 
• The oil was free and clean of any heavy metal
• There are holes pre-drilled in the cavitation plate in preparation for the planing fin that will not affect performance or integrity
• This unit has been fully resealed, pressure checked, and a new impeller installed.

To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:

• Core must be of rebuildable quality
• Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
• Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
• Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
• Warranty begins from date of purchase
• Core must be complete and cannot be missing parts

You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit 1 year warranty. One copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the one year warranty will not be valid. 

Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion.
