This lower unit is in excellent condition and ready for use. There are some scuffs and scratches in the paint, but nothing that will affect the performance. There are some minor dings and a chip in the skeg, but this is entirely cosmetic. From the top of the water pump to the end of the driveshaft, it measures approximately 21-5/8" long and has 14 splines. The propeller shaft has 13 splines. Please note that this does not come with the propeller, the propeller hardware, or the trim tab. This lower unit has been drained of oil and will need to be added prior to installation.

To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:

Core must be of rebuildable quality
Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
Warranty begins from date of purchase
Core must be complete and cannot be missing parts

You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit one year warranty. One copy is for your records and the other copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the one year warranty will not be valid. You are responsible for returning the paperwork with your core. The one warranty ONLY covers the mechanical aspects of the lower unit. We have a 30-day return policy for all circumstances.

Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion.
