As seen in the pictures, this lower unit does not come with the trim tab.
The skeg does have some chips in it, but nothing that will affect the overall performance of this lower unit.
The paint only has minor scuffing and some light scratches, but this is entirely cosmetic.
This unit shifts and spins smoothly without binding and the prop shaft is straight
The driveshaft splines are showing little to no wear
The gears and clutch are in good condition with minimal wear
Oil was clean and free of any heavy metal and water
The unit was fully resealed, pressure checked, and a new impeller installed
Please note that we do not ship our lower units with oil. Upon receipt of the unit, this will have to be added before use. Purchase with confidence!

To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:
Core must be of rebuildable quality
Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
Warranty begins from date of purchase
Core must be complete and cannot be missing parts
You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit 1 year warranty. One copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the one year warranty will not be valid.
Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion.
