There are some cosmetic flaws in the paint, such as scuffs and scratches, but nothing that will affect performance. The rubber seal around the water pump housing does show cracks, but this pressure checked just fine. We have stripped the unit of the original paint and have it primed for a fresh coat.  This does not come with the trim tab. Please remember to add oil before use. This will make a great replacement for your outboard!
