This lower unit was removed from a freshwater engine and is in overall good condition. Upon inspection of the unit, we did notice a chip out of the cavitation plate, please see pictures. This will not affect anything. There are some cosmetic flaws in the paint, such as scuffs and scratches. The intake screens on this lower unit are in good condition with no signs of cracking. This lower unit does come with the trim tab. All of the splines are in great condition and are not twisted or damaged. There are pre-drilled holes in the cavitation plate where a planing fin can be added. Also, we have added a skeggard to the unit to protect it from any future damage. This is a $100 value itself.  Please remember to add oil before use. There is nothing stopping this from making a great replacement for your motor!
