This power trim system has been professionally cleaned, tested, and inspected to guarantee it to be in great, working condition. There are only cosmetic flaws with this unit. The paint is lightly chipped in some areas and may have some minor scratches, but this will not affect anything. This is the two wire system and does come with the relays. The wires come together to form a female style plug. The wires are in excellent condition and are not cut, burnt, or broken.
