1 YEAR WTY! 1967-1970 Mercury 20" Lower Unit 65 80 85 HP

We have drained and pressure checked this unit and there are not any leaks. There is very minimal wear on the splines on the driveshaft, but this still has a long life ahead of it. The does not come with the trim tab. The skeg on the lower unit is slightly worn, but this is just cosmetic. There are 8 splines on the driveshaft and 15 splines on the propeller shaft. Everything mechanically is in good condition. Please remember to add oil before use! Purchase with confidence!

To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:

• Core must be of rebuildable quality
• Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
• Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
• Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
• Warranty begins from date of purchase
• Core must be complete and cannot be missing any parts

Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. When you receive your purchased lower unit, there will be installation paperwork included in the package. One copy of the paperwork must be signed returned with your core. If it does not, you will be contacted and granted a 30 day warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion.
