This lower unit is in great condition and ready for install.
From the base of the water pump to the end of the driveshaft, it measures approximately 26 5/8" long.
There are 8 splines on the driveshaft and 15 on the propeller shaft.
This unit shifts and spins well with no binding.
The driveshaft splines are in good condition with slight wear and the prop shaft is straight.
The paint looks to be a little banged up and there are some chips which are purely cosmetic and do not affect performance.

The oil was free and clear of water or metal
This unit has been fully resealed and pressure checked with a new impeller installed.

To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:
Core must be of rebuildable quality
Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
Warranty begins from date of purchase
Core must be complete and cannot be missing parts
You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit 1 year warranty. One copy is for your records and the other copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the warranty will not be valid. You are responsible for returning the paperwork with your core. The warranty ONLY covers the mechanical aspects of the lower unit.
Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. When you receive your purchased lower unit, there will be installation paperwork included in the package. One copy of the paperwork must be signed returned with your core. If it does not, you will be contacted and granted a 30 day warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion.
