1 YR WTY Mercruiser 1991-2015 Alpha 1 Gen 2 Lower Unit 1.62:1 Gear Ratio

This Mercuiser lower unit is in good condition, gear ratio 1.62:1. From the top of the water pump, the driveshaft measures approximately 7-1/2" long and has 13 splines. Please note that this lower unit does not come with the trim tab.A skeg guard has been added to this unit. There is minor scuffs & scratches, but nothing that will affect overall performance.

Please add oil before use.

**Due to shipping restrictions, lower unit are shipped empty. Every lower unit requires new oil to be installed when you receive it.

To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:

• Core must be of rebuildable quality
• Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
• Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
• Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
• Warranty begins from date of purchase
• Core must be complete and cannot be missing parts

You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit one year warranty. One copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the one year warranty will not be valid. 

Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion.

Please note that we will not accept returns for this item if ordered incorrectly. Please be absolutely sure this is the correct one for your motor prior to purchasing.
