This specific lower unit is in excellent condition. The paint is not perfect and this does not come with a trim tab, but this is entirely cosmetic. From the top of the water pump, the driveshaft measures approximately 18-3/8" long and has 20 splines. The propeller shaft has 13 splines. When we received the unit, it had water in the casing. Therefore, we replaced the lower driveshaft, bearings, reverse gear, all seals, and gave it a new impeller. This unit also has been shimmed to 90. There is some pitting inside the housing, but nothing that will affect the performance. The skeg is completely intact and is not broken or chipped. This is the batwing style housing. Given our unprecedented 1 year warranty on every lower unit, you will never find a better deal on an OEM lower unit. Purchase with confidence!

To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:
Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. When you receive your purchased lower unit, there will be installation paperwork included in the package. One copy of the paperwork must be signed returned with your core. If it does not, you will be contacted and granted a 30 day warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion.
