This lower unit is in great condition. The driveshaft measures 21-1/2 inches from the top of the water pump to the end of the pin. The 13 splines on the propeller shaft and the 11 splines on the driveshaft and all in excellent condition. There are some cosmetic flaws such as scuffs and scratches in the paint and housing, but this will not affect any performance aspect of this lower unit. There is no pitting in the housing. The gears on the inside are in excellent condition. Purchase with confidence! Please remember to add oil before use.

Core must be complete and cannot be missing any parts

This unit interchangeable with 1980-1986 and 1987-1997 models but different housing on this one (rounded cavitation plate on this one). This will not fit the 65hp 3 cylinder engine.
