This piston is in excellent condition, as is the rod. We stripped all of the carbon off of the piston and we use a wetblast process that leaves it smooth, and in as close to original condition as we can get it. This provides an excellent replacement part for you but more importantly, it provides a surface that can be properly inspected, insuring you that you get what you order.
