This is a complete Mercury swivel bracket assembly that is ready for installation.
There are not any cracks or breaks whatsoever.
There are some scuffs and scratches in the paint, but this will not affect anything.
Upon inspection, we did notice some minor corrosion by the transom brackets. Please see pictures.
This is a complete assembly and will come with everything pictured.
